I have some people coming over for early dinner tomorrow & the dessert I was going to make requires pound cake. I didn’t find any at the grocery store & bought marble cake instead.
Problem is I have tried this desert with marble cake & it just doesn’t taste all that. I need quick & easy ideas for a good dessert recipe which includes marble cake in it.
Here is what I have in my pantry
Chopped walnuts
pecans
dark chocolate chips
instant pudding mixes (chocolate, french vanilla & chocolate fudge)
sliced pineapples
condensed milk
Thank you for the suggestions ladies. Hubby jee was working from home that night & decided to gobble up some of the marble cake. So I ended up making Gajar Ka Halwa instead.
Tell me about it. I wake up, go in the kitchen to get the dessert bit taken care of & its half gone. He was nice enough to suggest that he can grab Tres Leches from the bakery so no worries
