Why are you even comparing the three? There's no comparison. Besides, it seems like you want to feel descriminated for being a desi. I have always seen blacks throwing insults and racist comments more than whites. And trust me, we are a lot more racist than any other race. Whites are said to be more racist because they come in contact with almost every race, so their nativism will blurt out somehow once in a while. I think it's very natural for them to react this way. If Pakistan had a migration of people of another race/country/religion, I am sure they will react more violently than whites. I am not trying to defend white folks, just telling you what their psychological reasons might be.
Why do you call yourself a desi? Because you belong to Pakistan or India, right? Well, that's a very explaination for desis being too mannerly and corteous while dealing with whites. Wouldn't you expect this behavior from a foriegner for the fact that he is standing on soil that belongs to you (or at least you feel that way)? ...

its pisses me off when my cousins in pakistan (who have never left the country) are racist against people of another race they have never meet

Once upon a time, I was a racist. But I found the grass to be as green on my side as the others. Being racist against the people you have not ever come in contact with is bad. I was bad. But bad to a lesser degree!
Since I have come in contact with people of other countries, I have shrugged off that racist attitude. There is good and there is bad in every race.
However, IMHO racism is really really bad, when you are exposed to people of different origins, and even knowing that there is good and there is bad in all of them, you continue to foster those beligerent feelings.
