This side slit doesnt have a special name otherwise the dress itself is called Anarkali. There is usually no lining underneath just a lehnga.
First of that was by Manish Malhotra. I believe its meant to overlap the angrakha style with anarkali.

My sister's wedding dress had a slit like this on side and it looked stunning when she walked to the stage.
