Were you dealt by tena herself? My sister ordered a dress from her and she was really disappointed with their customer service.. Also she didn’t get her outfit on time and they kept giving excuses that the courier service had misplaced the parcel. The outfit finally arrived a week after she was due to wear it and the pants were a completely off colour not complementing the outfit. I used to like her designs but after this experience I’ll think a few times before ordering from her.

Yes, she was nice. My outfit was done kind of on time but customer service was not great. Since I did not have anyone over there, it was very difficult for me to get hold of them. They never replied to my emails and it was very frustrating. Did your sister order online? Some of the designers are nice but customer service is terrible.
