I’m in search for a Nikah outfit under $1300 USD shipped. After having a bad experience with a popular gupshup replica seller (the color was totally off, the stitching, fit and finishes were HORRIBLE and the outfit reeked of cigarette smoke) I have decided to search for a designer. Please give me your input if this is a realistic expectation.
I’m seeking the following:
Impeccable fit and finish
Modern classic designs (think umar sayeed or sana abbas)
Full sleeves
No glued up stones

You do have a budget but its not impossible to find a nice designer dress (albeit not a very famous one). I got my wedding dress done by a designer recommended to me by a friend who's jora was gorgeous. Ive recently received pics of my outfit which is also beautiful (mashaAllah).
I paid a lil over 2k but mine is a really heavy bridal. when i was discussing my outfit with the designer she sent me some other pictures which had some really pretty outfits that could be toned done a bit as nikah dresses. Since i contacted her directly through whatsapp and skype, i didnt bother asking for a website but im sure she has one. If you want, i can PM you her number.
Also, do you have someone in pakistan that could outfit hunt for you? that really is the best option.

Thank you so much everyone for your very helpful replies. I'm not looking for any heavy bridal. Heavy formal or light bridal will be more suitable for me. I do have people in Karachi, but I don't want to burden them. Also, as mentioned I'm looking for excellent fit and finish, therefore, i figured people who experienced it would be able to give me better ideas. So here I am in gupshup.
PS: 1300 USD = A little over 132000 PKR (plz provide feedback, since it's what I'm here for).

Once again thank you everyone for your helpful input. Just to explain things further, I'm not really looking for very well-known designer in particular, but someone who has good stitching, fit and finish. It can be anyone as long as he/she has quality stuff within my budget.
Hyped up designer doesn't always mean best quality or customer service. My gupshup designer had really long list of clients, unfortunately my experience was disappointing and the outfit was unwearable.

Try Tena Durrani and Zaheer Abbas.I got formals from Tena and the work was nice. She seems nice and I think she will work with your budget. I was going to place an order with Zaheer but something was going on so he could not come to the studio . His work is nice and fitting is excellent. I think you can get something nice from him as well with in your budget. Some one mentioned here that he was not reliable( please do a search on him). If I go to Karachi again, I most probably will place an order with him. He was nice over the phone. In my experience if you do not have any one over there to check on your order, most of the time out come is not satisfactory.

Yes, she was nice. My outfit was done kind of on time but customer service was not great. Since I did not have anyone over there, it was very difficult for me to get hold of them. They never replied to my emails and it was very frustrating. Did your sister order online? Some of the designers are nice but customer service is terrible.

That is the problem I have. People I have in Karachi won't be able to help me out like that (they're busy). I need a designer who's willing to deal overseas without compromising quality.
