yes its possible anywhere is pakistani and india - if you have an idea or a piture then this is possible - i did that for my wedding - i didnt like anything for my bridal set so what i did was added few bits and bobs from the jewellers sample pieces and put them together with an added red moi of my own choice - i had to go second time to the jewellers change few things after my first viewing - they were cool and listened to what i wanted - i cant say for all - i had mine made from pakistani - in rawalpindi - hope dat helps

Yup, you just have to take the designs to them and they'll let you know whether they can be copied or not.
