Design an outfit with this neck style

Hi everyone,

Hope you can help. I want to get an outfit for my cousin’s shaadi with this neckline.

What would go well with it? Colour, kameez style, material etc.

I have no ideas. Only thing is I definitely want long sleeves.

Please help!

I actually have a maroon anarkali ( very long one) with a neck line like this! and gold churidaar

I've seen a few maxis anarkalis with this neckline, mostly black or dark colours like navy though, there's still a few similar designs like this in the shops as well
