Mostly men, i must say, but there are always exceptions :chai:

okay here r some but not all related to food,

  • not to have milk/ yogurt after having fish or u'll end up becoming an albino
  • black (name ?)daal is thandaa so always add desi ghee or butter in it
  • men should not have too much rice , this one is esp for older men
  • men should not have too much dhaniya powder too
  • too much desi ghee is good for joints and esp arthritis
  • eat more meat than daal or sabzi for more taaqat & hemoglobin in blood
  • never let a black cat cross yr way
