Which ones are your favourite? I am watching Bilal Khan these days. He seems genuine unlike those fazool fake sham idress & froggy vlogs.
Re: Desi vloggers you watch on youtube
None, really. I've followed makeup artists for a bit who ...later on...start vlogging...every inane detail of their life and I found it so annoying that I didn't bother keeping up. Recording their every move with their spouse and child (or whomever) removed the "naturalness" from their interactions. Their dynamics contained a self-consciousness. And then filling in awkward silences with over-the-top expressions....ranging from high-pitched voices...to speaking in various accents...to 1-syllable-space fillers (so..umm..like...yeah), lol. Oh and narcissism...every few minutes...staring off into this invisible mirror in the distance...followed by baalon k jhatkay...and the dreaded trout-pout that is best confined to toddlers whom pull it off better than any other age group. And sometimes it's just that awareness in the back of your mind that the person you're watching is deliberately trying hard to make you laugh. Kind of like when you watch a stand-up comedian. There are times you might laugh at their jokes...and other times you can't...because you know that it's what they're trying to do. Could never get into reality tv shows either.
Re: Desi vloggers you watch on youtube
i don't like the format of vlogs. I'd rather watch small scripted clips.
I only care about desi MUAs because the only youtubers I actually care to follow are MUAs. I don't see how people get invested in people who just vlog.
