Allow me to dumb that down for people who might not get it...
"increasing chances" is a phrase that indicates probability is involved. Therefore, it is not 100 percent certain that if you have too few periods, you will get uterine cancer. And not 100 percent certain that if you have too many periods, you will get breast cancer. It just means your risk is increased.
