i used tohfay.com to send kfc meals/flowers and a Time Magazine subscription to family. their customer service is really fast and efficient. the food items and flowers all arrived on time however there was a little delay with the Magazine. i've also used a gifting site to send donuts and chocolates i cant remember its name though!

After going throught this thread many times, I tried www.sentiments4u.com. On Friday night (Toronto time) I sent a b-day cake to my neice in Lahore and by Sunday afternoon 1pm (Lahore time) the cake was there along with a pretty card. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the service .

She will take your money and give to nothing in return! be carefulllll!!!!! shes a horrible horrible person, i have never been dealt with such liars in my life. her name is hira or something. As far as my observation is concerned, being a paki resident, i see all these above mentioned sites too much expensive.. They are demanding prices more than double from retail markets for most of the products. This seems to b a good way to start a business. Now i m planning to open a website also. Can u ppl guide me, which kind of products are direly required by you people so tht i put them on my website with 20-30% less profit margins.. SO tht both of us get benifitted.

you are welcome dear, but you would know how difficult it is to maintain the benchmarks when you would get into the river.
as far as we are concerned arent selling something that can be bought any where but we treat our outfits as specialty clothing and if you would like to compare the price then do it with the designers not with the adda walas in your neighbourhood because there is no match.
to give you an idea just average cost of stitching a dress goes beyond $30, its the people which we have that make the difference.

i have worked as graphic designer in some of the best boutiques in Pakistan including Sobia's.. What i have observed is that the difference is not that much. The profit margin is mostly more than 50%. I have seen that there r usually several tailors working together given targets to stich one suit per day or sometimes more or less depends upon the amnt of work on them. They have been paid monthly arnd 150-200 dollars. just imagine a tailor making 30 suits in one month and getting 150 dollars. It means that he gets $5 dollars per suit. Dont let me open more trade secrets..

I used to like Utsav alot until now.. their customer service has gone from great to good to absolute worse. Before, they would deliver to you exactly by the day you would request them, now you would be lucky if you receive it within 3 months after. My poor aunt placed her orders which they didn’t deliver and 4 days before she needed them, they told her it would take atleast 2 weeks more. And that too, when she called them herself in India and got transferred to 10 people around. Same happened with me also about a refund for earrings I had ordered and they JUST arrived after 3 months and that too, in broken condition 
. After calling them many times, I finally blew up and told them I was never referring anyone to them ever again (they knew I was a long time customer) and this was just horrible customer service and I dont have so much time that Im gona call them every night for this refund so they can gladly keep the money. Within an hour, I had 3 emails from different people saying sorry and the payment was processed. Not shopping with them again.

I guess Ustav has stuff that is really cheap stuff... so it can be tried out to see if they are any good.... everyone else has really high prices so its not worth it to just give them a try to see if they are good.
