here's the thing - I don't like sushi in spite of all the wasabi in the planet. Ofcourse I do intend to try all the local delicacies the place has to offer but call me what you want, but I've gotta have a good desi meal once every other day atleast. Gotta have that spicy fullness, the twang the play and ounter-play of the elements of taste that exercise all parts of the pallet. Exept some really high priced and hard to get Nawlins food, I haven't come across any rivals to desi food (for dinner that is).
