Second marriage is not common in desi culture as it is in Arab culture…In Desi culture, it regards black spot on Men…Mostly people blame on men…So, why is this hate/unpleasant reaction?

i think having a second wife must be for a genuine need and with the consent of his present wife. i don't think that secret marriages are even solemnized from Islamic point of view...such marriages, in the sight of Islam, is forbidden. this is why a walima takes place...walima is a kind of announcement to the society that such N such people have married and they be the witness in general.
second marriage, if done properly, must not be seen as a splitter and/or cause for family feuds.

& by the way, Arab main bhi koi achha nahin samjha jata, they do second, third..........eighth........... tenth & blah blah and everyone knows the Ayyashi behind that. They just want to get married to teens... and leave the current wife due to the age. Unko km umer larkiyon se shadi kernay ka bohat shauq hota hay and young girls have no problems because of the Richness!! Don't you think, that's even more weird??

Because its like 'ghar main nahin daane amma chali bhunane'. Most of the times, Desi men go for second marriage without proper reasons. Reasons you would get from Desi men are:
1) LaRka Chahiye
2) Hamari khandani rivayat hai
3) ek ghar walon ki pasand, ek apni pasand
4) Most common: Den ne hukm dia hai (As if this is the only hukm to follow)

My answer is based on your current post. This is not what you asked. You said, in Desi Culture its a black spot on Man while it is quite common in Arab, I replied you for that.
Rest, to answer your second question, it entirely depends on the situation. I don't think anyone should take it as Kaala Dhabba on man if the intention of his second marriage was solely and purely based on the pure niyat!!

4) Most common: Den ne hukm dia hai (As if this is the only hukm to follow)
this is also one of the most ignorant excuses they seem to make. Islam says that do NOT marry more than one if you can NOT equal in treatment to them [and yes, it includes time spent together from bedroom to the boardroom]...Allah says if you can not do justice, it's better for you to marry ONLY one.

The reason why its not looked favorably upon is that a man cannot do justice with both wives, and in some cases he hides the second marriage from his first wife.

However, this is really pathetic to be reacting over a man who is marrying a woman, elder than him. Prophet Mohammad P.B.U.H. is the best example of such an action. The customs where a girl’s family is hesitant to propose a boy or where the girl is elder than the boy are really pitying!!
Our Prophet Mohammad P.B.U.H married Bibi Khadija R.A who sent the proposal to Him P.B.U.H. The age of Prophet Mohammad P.B.U.H was 25 and Bibi Khadija R.A 40 at the time of their marriage.
