Yes they are.
But ghee is out of fashion now a days,everyone is using oil.I can't see any difference though.

Do you see any major difference between the generation consuming Desi Ghee and current generation brought-up consuming Banaspati Ghee.

We still use a good amount of ghee…not on daily basis but there are time of years we have ghee in our kitchen..and we have it on paratha,daal,khichri…

mostly ppl says k paindoo log desi ghee khaty hain.. and jo log cities ya phr foreign countries main hain wo doosry wala

My attachment to culture is because of my attachment with Desi Ghee khane wale log
Busri is meetha paratha stuffed with sugar (sometimes GuR) and butter / desi ghee

Yes, but in most of the cases those people got a link with village (having relatives, friends there)
