I am staying at Sheraton on JFK Blvd. near IAH for work and I need a list of good desi (halal) food places nearby now.
I already tried lazeeza last night on 1960 and I loved it.

Drive to Hilcroft area, and you will find a lot of halal restaurants there. Shahnai is quite over rated. Lasani has a very good buffet.

We went to Sabri last night and everyone loved it. Too bad they were out of Brain Masala and Kata Kat.

Sabri is really good when i was there - I tried that place too..
Biryani was really good
kata kat… oh gosh the stories that i hear about it…i hope you know what they put in it

there was a restaurant there called katakat it was owned by a friend of mine..i think he shut it down.
