I have been looking on Amazon and other places for cookbooks that reflect todays desi cuisine. I am stuck. I love Madhur Jeffery (those in the UK will know who I am on about) however I am struggling to find cooks by chefs that are currently in demand on Asian TV networks.
I might be visiting Karachi soon. Does anyone know if any of the cookery shows on Geo or ARY have cookbooks in English available to buy anywhere in Karachi?

Zubaida Tariq's book is available in english
also Chef Zakir's but it's not that good.
Shireen Anwer's books are available in english language by the name of Triple S Kitchen and they have the maximum collection of recipes.
All cooking shows recipes are avilable of face book if u want if i will message you the links of their pages.
You can easily get all of them in any Liberty Book Store I buy for myself from Liberty at Forum and Agha Khan Hospital.
