Im planning on picking up Rahat's, Chef Zakir's, Sameena Jalil's (if they have one) amongst other when I go to Pakistan, iA. I heard Zubaida Tariq has a few and her recipes are always delicious.

Shay, U mean Zubaida Tariq? I have also heard that her recipes turn out great.

Rahat keeps mentioning on her show that she doesnt have a book out yet, or does she?

Rahat said 2 years ago on her show she was writing one and it will be out soon. I have no clue if it is, I am gonna check in Karachi. I would love to get all of ZT's because not only she's a wonderful grandmother type of cook but her tips for home and all are great too.
