What really gets me is the fact that in issues like this everyone is ready to criticize rather than taking initiative... if one has language issues.. how about getting with friends who have the same kind of problems and come up with a solution ... which in your case would be open a mosque or a place where you can call scholars or Aalim that can speak english and benefit from them and at the same time earn sawab rather than pulling the leg of people who are actually taking some initiative.... if a center is having issues with fund.. how about rather than passing out comments try to gather funds... or help people who are doing the work... they are no different from you... its amazing how fast people are in giving their critiques and when offered to be a part so you can put your input I won't be suprised if they are the first one to say no.
