derm not available what next?

hi guppies

a few months ago my derm prescribed me with a depigmentation cream alternating it with retinol cream . after the initial preparing the with other prescriptions. now its been 40 days of me using the depigmentation and retinol cream alternatively. seen good improvement. but the problem is i cant see my derm anymoe cuz im in a diff country at present and emailing isnt helpin cuz she wants me to come in person she wont give out any help thru emails. so now what? how long do /can i continue with this treatment? and whats next? when do ppl stop using this treatment . basiclay i want to know what my next step shud b .

if you moved out of the country, try to find a derm in your current country, or start seeing a family physician/GP in your new country, and they can also prescribe this stuff. Just take your empty cream tubes/jars with you, and tell the new doc that this is what the derm back home prescribed you. If they think its safe for your skin, they will prescribe it for you as well, and will be able to advise you as to how long you should continue it.
