Depression

try to heal yourself naturally as much as possible...at the end a person always has to dig in for that strength to carry on and make peace with ownself. Sometimes, coming to terms is tough, but no matter what, life goes on, and so do you. You will have to move on, and focus on the positive things and true pleasures of what life has to offer..go for a long drive; go for a swim; and have that firm faith that you will be fine .. :)
