In the west these conditions were always attached to stigma. They were mainefested as physical problems..things have changed tremendously in the west as these now being real illnesses with causes that can be treated through medications or therapies..i’ve worked in pakistani hospitals & psychiatrics problems is still a big no-no..any view or experiences.
Hmm, i think i’ve developed a fear of heights, or more like i get dizzy and have to hold on to the side if there are too many escalators, glass/mirrors.. i jus realized this a few weeks ago ![]()

Dizziness is one of the symptoms of anxiety which happens in fears or phobias..so the fear of heights may precipitate the dizziness, unless of course you have a low blood pressure or low haemoglobin ( red blood cells)levels in yr blood.
however coming back to the question , i wonder if anyone has sought alternative treatment for thse conditions.
