Re: depressed abut my hair

Take hair specific vitamins, and hair protein treatments, that has helped me with hair fall and getting shine in the hair.

I think that just might be baby hairs growing back...since u said u lost a lot of hair...it grows back ...but it grows back as completely new hair...baby hairs tend to frizz and stick out in general, esp when u havr freshly shampooed ur hair. Aloe vera gel helps smooth out the frizz without making hair oily. Just continue giving ur hair regular trims and let it grow out from the front...take vitamins (prenatal vitamins help, there are some brands that make vitamins specifically targeted to hair and nails), eat healthy and don't do lots of heat treatment.

Re: depressed abut my hair

Proteinn treatments are amazing - I have started getting them done every week and I am actually seeing a difference. In addition to that - a few home treatments that are part of my regime includes a banana/1 tbl spoon olive oil paste (leave it in for 30 minutes and rinse)

Also, ANDAAA works! just the yolk, again 30 minutes and then rinse.

Try moroccan oil as well - might help a little with the frizz control and the dry hair.

Re: depressed abut my hair

Biotin works really well in aiding hair growth..

Keratin treatments and Moroccan Oil will help keep your hair in good condition as well..

For frizziness try a leave in conditioner but Im not sure if applying retail products would be good or problematic for your growth. You should consult a doctor and do extensive research on anything you put in your hair I not natural since its sensitive. I use a literal leave in conditioner.

Re: depressed abut my hair

Hair loss is normal for some women after giving birth. My mum went through this and went to the doctors. They said it's normal and not to worry, it's a result of changing hormones in the body so I would suggest you should consult a doctor. My mum's hair came back after 4 months and is now healthier than ever. It may also be a result of low iron (anemia) which contributes to hair loss. I know this from personal experience. And also keeping a well balanced diet. Do you eat well? All the right kinds of food? Alternatively, it can be shampoos and hair products your using? Try going for low pH shampoos/conditioners and refrain from putting too many chemicals on your hair. Do not use styling products with heat much as this contributes to hair loss by gradually killing your hair with heat, thus, falling out.

To get rid of or maintain frizzy hair, try creating your own DIY hair mask. In a bowl or instrument of some sort add in
- 1 egg
- 2 tsb of honey
- 1 and 1/2 tsb of lemon juice
- 2 tsb of natural yogurt
- 1/2 tsb each of castor oil, coconut oil, almond oil and olive oil.

Apply and leave onto your hair for around 30 mins to an hour (or until it is completely dry and your hair feels hard) then wash off using your regular shampoos.

Also do not apply shampoo more than once on your hair or it will dry it out.
Also definitely apply conditioner and it helps conditions the hair (kinda self explanatory really)

If your hair looks sticky or oily, don't apply oil or any gel onto your hair. There is plenty of serums out there you can apply to reduce frizz. I recommend after towel drying hair after washing your hair, take 2 tiny drops of frizz ease serum and applying evenly to your hair. Avoid applying it to you scalp and or it will help make your hair greasy and oily if you do. You could also take a couple of small drops of Moroccan oil and apply it to the middle section down to the ends of your hair and steer clear of your scalp (it will just make it more oily)

I have tried and tested all of these products and DIY hair masks and can say it worked wonders on my hair (my hair being a frizzy, wavy-curly mess).
