Any one know about If someone Deported from USA and 10year bar, can get back to USA if his Father is US Citizen and he is apply for his son, and his son have Approved I-130. and his file is on current date.
Please let me know if body who get visa after deportation in above situation.

I don't know about USA Immigration rules but here in Bahrain if u deported then ur name is added in 'black-list' which mean u never can get entry visa into Bahrain.

Yes and no, depends on why were you deported. you need to consult a good and reputable attorney with the details surrounding your deportation.
One co-worker of mine who was married to a US citizen was deported because the US immigration claimed that his marriage was fake. He proved that it was a genuine marriage and was issued a green card ultimately. It took him many year to prove his case and get united with his family.
