you need to be more careful when slipping into a shirt, kameez, or dress. normally if i get a few deodorant marks I can easily take a towel, dampen it with water and rub it out. simple as that. also if you visit a sewing store or craft section where they keep the needles, elastic, and double sided fashion tape you will find things like bra extenders, clasps and deodorant pads. those are really helpful to sew into silk kameez that can create sweat stains quickly. I hate watching bollywood dancers do their thing and see their sweat stains, I never understood why costume designers never built those in.
They need to go straight in the machine after wear, spray the area with a stain removing spray such as biotex or an equivalent. Also put some oxy stain removing powder in the wash. If you don't get them out before they build up, or wash without helping them out, a stain will always remain. You could try a different Deo brand too but it's mostly caused by sweat. I had 4 brothers whose white shirts needed washing after every wear when they were younger.
You can try one without aluminium if you think it's the chemicals. According to what I have read apocrine gland sweat is yellow anyway. Some chemicals may make it worse. Best way to test is not to wear anything for a while.
Loads of them are antipersperant. Just look on the label. Sure/dove/nivea i think are all antipersperant and i think sanex too! Also use a roll on instead of spray!
