hubby tried them some years back and it just looked very uncomfortable.
maybe over the holidays I'll give it a shot.

I used Crest strips but apparently they are not good for sensitive teeth. I did find improvement but could continue using them for about a week.

only did crest strips and my teeth are way too sensitive for that as well. I want professional but worried about the sensitivity.

The sensitivity only lasted for me for about 24 hours… In the first 12 hours, I couldn’t even breathe through my mouth because my teeth were so sensitive even for air 
My mouth kept watering, I didn’t eat anything, don’t think I drank anything either. Just fell asleep, woke up the next morning and I could eat and drink, the sensitivity was a lot more mild. This was back in 2007 and I haven’t felt the need to whiten my teeth again until this year. They quoted me like 600 euros for laser teeth whitening here but I got it done in Pakistan for 100. The dentist said he usually charges 15000 rupees but I got a discount. If I wasn’t going to Pak that year, I would’ve just resorted to using strips too because 600 euros just wasn’t affordable for me. Since 2007 though, the rates have come down quite a bit. I’ll be able to get it done here for about 200 euros now and I don’t mind paying that much. It’s worth it and the results last much longer. Besides, the strips can only clean the surface of the teeth, right?
Zoom teeth whitening is the same as laser teeth whitening, as far as I know. Looks like this:

I did the laser BriteSmile and while I felt the "zingers" they mention, the sensitivity wasn't consistent. Meaning - I felt a "zing" which was an ouch moment and then it passed. And all in all, I might have felt 5 or 6 zings and it was over by the end of the night.

i use the crest 3d white whitening toothpaste. its works really well and you only need to use it for about two weeks, really, for your teeth to get brighter.

see if your doctor carries the 'Professional' version of Crest Whitening strips. i got them from my doctor for ~$120 or so i think and they definitely work. you have to be patient with using strips. if you want to see instant results and are okay with spending the monies then go for the procedure. the thing is that either with the strips or the procedure, the 'results' are not everlasting so keep that in mind.
my wife is a regular coffee drinker so it did not really help too much with her teeth which could also be because of the fact that she was too lazy to use them regularly.

if your insurance covers zoom teeth whitening then it should be easy to make the decision to go for it.

i had laser treatment done, and my teeth looked wow, tbh i can't remember how long it lasted, but it certainly was not for long

The best ones are the professional ones and used with less frequency than recommended. Many people get permanent tooth sensitivity or gum problems.

What??? If it was so bad, why is there toothpaste made with baking soda? 
I’ve noticed my teeth have gotten yellow in the last couple of weeks, not sure why since I’m not doing anything different in regards to eating/dental routine. I looked for the crest strips at walmart here but didn’t see them…maybe it was kept elsewhere, not sure.
in any case, I did try them before my wedding, there was very mild sensitivity but that was it. In fact, I only ended up using half the strips, and the result was really good.
