You have to have them on for 30 mins every day. I used to do it before I went to bed, it takes a little getting used to but it doesn’t hurt or anything like that. And I think you get 20 pairs of strips. So 20 days for 30 mins a day and you end up with whiter teeth And once you do it you don’t need to do it again for another year or even longer.
People would actually compliment me on my white smile LOL so I know they actually work!!! Will do it again in a couple of months

Wendy is one pack enough for a good result? or should i use 2 packs?
