Before you even bring PTI into this to score any political points. Honestly as long as PTI leaders don't collectively loot (lets say $2 billion worth) of national wealth, they might redeem themselves in other aspects. Yet I'd still actually applaud KPK for voting them out for not being good enough administrators like they had done with literally all other political parties in the past.
Let's see if you can say that for PPP in Sindh or even PMLN in Punjab.

^ this money was spent while PPP had its prime ministers, very few projects actually got completed...we know what would actually have happened to the money. as per the article all major leaders of PPP have not given details as to where the money was used.

You know how you can help Pakistan, get rid of that noxious self congratulatory 'educated' class that loves chuck words like democracy, liberalism, system to justify or downplay every evil that takes place under such banners. Yes, the retarded kooks who says errm yes, I believe in democracy, I love democracy but it's okay if electoral rigging or rampant corruption takes place in democracy because we're Pakistanis, we are supposed to be okay with all types of criminality. Let's just sit on our arse and hope that somehow things would magically fall into perfect place in 40-50 years, just like the Arabs had also thought at the onset of their independence from European colonial rule.
For Pakistan, it is is essential to shut up and totally get rid of such confused and corrupted mentality by campaigning hard and long to establish that the fact that corruption is never part of any system. Electoral rigging cannot be a non-issue in a democracy. Liberalism does not mean killing anyone for anything but for the size of beard. Those folks who around the bush to convey defend such practices are not friends of Pakistan, and we should all hope that one day Pakistan will have place for such rotten minds.

Your article does not say the money was embezzled. Inefficiencies are integral part of Pakis. This is nothing new. A proper and thorough investigation is needed for this news to find out the truth.
