Well there s nothing you can do. Buy a lock next time. Just let it be a lessen thats all.
Even if its expensive stuf, you wont get any help from them. I would file a complain against the manager. Contact Us
email them and give them the number and time you called. Use some terms from Consumer Federation of America 
(f you are situated in the states) and thats about all you can do
