Delta Airlines

I flew Delta for the first time last month and after reaching home, I realized there was stuff missing from the front pocket of my suitcase! Nothing valuable but makeup, two shirts and a couple of other things. I have been calling them since then but they keep saying there’s nothing they can do. I mean what the heck?? Today I spoke with a manager and she refused to give me her name or even help me with anything!
Anyone had similar experience, please advice me what to do :bummer:

Well there s nothing you can do. Buy a lock next time. Just let it be a lessen thats all.
Even if its expensive stuf, you wont get any help from them. I would file a complain against the manager. Contact Us
email them and give them the number and time you called. Use some terms from Consumer Federation of America :smiley: (f you are situated in the states) and thats about all you can do :slight_smile:

shay, sorry to hear about your ordeal. I did not have such an experience, but have heard others have had a real tough time dealing with missing stuff issues.

There are TSA approved locks that you should get for future. for now, instead of dealing with their toll free number, pul deltas 10K report, figure out what the email naming convention could be and send an email and a smailmail letter to their senior mgmt.

Thanks so much, both of you. I finally filed the complaint with them and the manager asked me to call Corporate as well to report what happened.
