Deleting PMs is soooo awful !

I dunno why but I find it so hard to delete my PM’s. I feel like I am telling my friends to go away, if I have to delete their private messages. :frowning:

Can’t you please give us more space to keep more PMs. Somehow I like PMs conversations more than emails, as I can read PMs from my work whereas I cannot read emails. Sometimes I just like going back and reading old ones. I hope you understand.

Thanks !

I know what you mean Saadia. :)

Thanks for your feedback, I am sure the administrators will take that into consideration.

Please back up your PM's to your local hard disk as a text file, before deleting, if you wish to retain them.

At this point, there are no plans to increase the limit of storage allowed.

Yaar, the problem with the current setup is that whenever you reach the PM limit you get an email telling you that 'guppie' has tried to send you a message but you cannot receive it as your inbox is full, which means that message is LOST. You might say why not ask the sender to resend the message, but that is inconvenient and no use if it has been deleted. Im sure this has happened to many guppies. I think you should allow the message to be sent and only after 2 warning emails than and only than should messaging be stopped. That way people are given ample warning to delete/copy their inbox contents into ms word.
