Curse the heck out of somebody three times in a row, they will ban you hence it will be deleted. or stop using it. or logout and never log in again.
Did you create your own account, hmmm I didnt think so. so forget about deleting stuff that you didnt create.

And why would you want to delete your account?
he wants his account deleted because according to his thread in cafe he/she is leaving? if it's a prank then i've fell for it. OR he/shewant a new account.........
We usually don't delete an account. We can lock the account if you wish, but that is only useful if you suspect your account is hacked. Otherwise you can just stop posting any time you want, and there are no specific actions you need to take regarding your username.
