^ I usually hum “shaam se pehle aana ; dhoop saari dhaal rahi ho, phool saare khil gaaye hon; mausam saare lai aana” so I’ll put that at the top my fav. list and then of course 'yeh shaam aur tera naam dono kitne milte julte hain" ; “mein ne tumhari ghaghar se kabhi paani piya tha” ; “dekha na tha kabhi hum ne yeh sama”

Wow what a coincidence! I also like Aalamgir’s songs in that very order. Even there was a time, when I used to play ‘Sham se pehlay aanaa’ while driving back home from office in evenings. I love the instrument (I think its mouth organ) played in this song.
