yes of course, sentimental sha’iri is just one branch and it’s good. i like it too but my focus is on ‘philosophy of life’ aapke liye yeh pesh-e-Khidmat hai:

Oh that’s kind of you but I am so conscious of putting on weight that I hardly eat anything healthy mostly boiled or grilled or fruits and soup … cant afford to eat anything yummy… have lost my appetite long time back
