Thanks for the advice, I could do that but a disciplinary will just reinforce his views against Muslims and Islam. One of the reasons some people in this country are drawn to the BNP is because they don't like the anti-racism laws. It would also make life working with him in the future quite uncomfortable, and his partner (who also works with us) is a nice woman and quite friendly with me so I don't want to upset her.
I guess the best I can do is just laugh it off and counter his bigoted views in a civil manner.
People like him would never have the guts to go up to the arseholes (bad boys) who actually condone terrorism (because they consider it cool) but would rather come to meek people like me to vent the frstration, anger and venom newspapers like the Daily Express and the Sun have filled them with.
I guess you can't blame people like him after so much incitement to hate from the far-right newspapers (it's human nature, brainwashed the same way Muslim extremists are brainwashed) and we're also to blame for giving the rabble rouser newspapers in this country the chance to malign us by not doing enough to reject and renounce the minority extremist elements within our community.
The guy is obviously a pig head and untill you show him some balls, he won't understand. The least you can do is report him.
