How long before the actual cooking do you take the meat/chicken??
I took out the chicken yesterday evening to make the biryaani masala tonigt but its kind of smelling weird....hmm!
You shouldn't be leaving chicken out for that long, it gets bad. If you plan on defrosting chicken over night then transfer it to the fridge from the freezer.
