dictionary meaning is Shauqeen and every one agrees to that but when used as Punjab slang then it’s not a good word at all.

example i am thinking about is another word which is too stupid to quote here but in Karachi meaning of that word is Bonga but Punjab mein ksi ko kah do to gaali ban jata hay.

Punjabi zuban zinda baad

hmmm but one should try to avoid such terms to be on a safe side
