Def Leppard

Def - I love their music since High & Dry and Pyromania. But what they produced back in middle of 80s had no comparison what so ever to its class. That right I am talking about Hysteria.
.
Hysteria is one of my all time favorite Album. I would appreciate if someone could post “Gods of Wars” and “Pour Some Sugar” from the same. Below is one of the best songs from the latest Album “X”.

Enjoy! Long Long Way To Go Before I can say Good Bye

Ahh, Def Leppard. I love them, especially the first three albums, "On Through the Night", "High n Dry" (my favorite), and "Pyromania". Those 3 were rocking albums, and helped define the New Wave of British Heavy Metal coming out during that time, along with other bands such as "Judas Priest", "Iron Maiden", and "Saxon". I was kind of dissapointed with Hysteria though, since they took a commercial pop route to their music. The album is good, but it's by no means a hard rock album. It seems that they never got out of that "Hsyteria" route, except for the Slang album which was released in 96, as a sort of experimental album. "X" is another very poppish album. Some songs even sound very BackStreet Boyish. There are some songs which have elements of Hysteria in them, like "Four Letter Word" for instance, but I find the album very dissapointing. I'm sure the loss of Rick Allens arm had something to do with their change in sound in the late 80's. I hope though one day, and I've been saying this since Hysteria, that they come out with a rocking album along the lines of "High n Dry".

Nice :smokin2:

Two Steps Behind!

Speaking of Def Leppard. Has anyone heard their live unplugged performance from Singapore, in 1996? It's great, and was included as a second CD to the "Slang" album for a very limited time. I will post those songs here soon.

Here are a few songs from their promotional unplugged tour. This is live in Singapore, 1996;
