while we are at this topic, I have a question for oil in karhai.. how many times do you guys change oil in karhai? What are the signs that require the oil change? I dont want to discard oil after frying pakoray, samosay etc. but how do I get rid of those thin pieces of pakoray that continue to burn if left in oil? grr I dun make sense but hopefully someone understands that.
