Yeah, what the heck ![]()
Shrimp, deveined, tail on, cooked or uncooked (the ones above were cooked) and I used about 1 lb.
2 cups plain flour seasoned with salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper and garlic powder. I just eyeballed it.
1 large egg beaten
2 cups of Panko bread crumbs
Oil to fry
- Dip the shrimp into the flour and coat well.
- Dip in egg.
- Roll shrimp in breadcrumbs until coated on all sides.
- Fry in heated oil…medium at first, then increase heat to get the right color and crispiness.
Serve with sweet dipping sauce :). Please add other fried goodies to this thread.
