Decoyer in Examination Hall

I heard but don’t know whether its true or not that if you don’t wish to gives exams than a decoyer wil attend the examinationl hall and gives exam on behalf of you but he/she will charge you some amount per exam.

I am not sure if it is doable anymore since the roll call as well as degrees now include candidate's picture.

Now that is another issue. Other thinks the degree which includes pictures are genuine and others required authentication.

I don't think this is the case because degrees issued before a certain period are understood not to have photos of degree holders. So it should be an issue. But of course authentication is requred.
