Before they got married, he read a whole bunch of relationship books (those advice books. :D ) - I think he would tell her these things as they went along.
She's 50 something and still makes it a point to wear the perfumes that he likes at home. He's 50 something and still makes it a point to give her a break with housework when she needs it and he compliments all of us girls endlessly.

My parent probably never read these books, but they still used to go and watch a movie or dinner in each other’s company, Iff one of us namonaas are not insistant to make it a crowd 
Last year, they were in Patriata (murree) there was long que for chair lift my mother was holding my (3 month old) niece. ammi abbu are in 50s and 60s mashallah respectively (but they look younger ) so my ammi went ahead and requested a young couple ke meri bachi ro rahi hai please hamian pehley janey dain ( they thought the couple is blessed with a child in this old age 
) so they let mom n dad to sneak in

^ not anymore sara. most the newly weds in my family are taking their time now. having kids after 3 to 4 years :-)
i dont think u can generalize anymore. it depends on how established the couple is and whether or not they are ready for having kids.

I dunno every couple I know literally has kids a week later. They’re all in pak though, very traditional families. In our family, if ur not pregnant on teh valima, u end up goin to teh Dr the day of the muklava 
okay i’m exaggerating but u kno wat i mean 
Then again these are all very traditional families, where the couple doesn’t even talk to each other on the phone, much less discuss these type of things beforehand… they’re fine with that type of life, I cud never stand it.

People have sex with people they dont know all the time. So what's so weird about a couple that has never met before, getting married, and then having sex? At least its more responsible. And the guy can't run away that easily either.
Besides, people have their own brains. If they choose to enter a marriage and not see their spouse until after the wedding, then they deserve that sort of ordeal. Especially if they're not happy with the results.

Majority of men are responsible while banging their wives and girl friends. Rare do they get away with it. They pay whats due to them.
