Misbah could have and should have waited an over or two before declaring. In any case Bangla look dead and buried and another 5-10 minutes w’d have made zilch difference to the outcome of the game

totally agreed. BD were expecting declaration. Once he delays for only say 2 overs may have caused much psychological destruction.
