I dont think you need to say anything at pakistani airport either. They’ll ask you basic questions and respond as per that. You are not taking jewelry for trade or make profit. Personal items should be ok at either destiny.

i dunno about Pakistan but most counties require you to fill out that country’s Customs and Immigration ‘Landing Card’ which asks you to mention what you are bringing into the country above your personal exemptions. jewelry needs to be reported in order to avoid paying duty and to bring it back to your country without paying duty in your own country of residence. cash above a certain amount has to be declared. she has to declare the jewelry and other valuable items.
