I don’t know what’s the criteria for transferring posts from one forum to another. I really hate it when the replies to the initial posts influences the decision of the Mod. or Admin. to direct posts from one forum to another. I can understand it if someone posted it incorrectly in the wrong forum. The transfer of a post to a joke or other forum because the replies contained some light chit-chat while the initiator of the post posted it with all sincerity and wanted it to be discussed in a serious manner is NOT right.
Please don’t move it to the Feedback Forum because I know the reply. I just want guppies point of view. Thanks
By covering subject matter of a forum already created to house specific threads then posting in another forum to gain ‘more hits’ then asking for it not to be removed makes a weak case.
For e.g. you can't post a thread on politics in the cafe forum just to gauge the opinion of a specific group of members. Use PM or MSN for this sort of stuff. Try to open threads in 'roughly' the right forum, each on their own merits. And try not to target your threads to any specific audience, again we have PM for this.
