Is it possible to be in debt if you dont have any credit card or bank acct ??

Why not? Debt does not need to be of Bank or credit card. You can borrow 10 dollar from your friend, relative or neighbor and straight away you are in debt. If you did not paid your bills (for instance, your mobile phone bill or any bill) then also you are in debt.

There is other type of debt too. For instance, someone helps (for whatever reason) and that help may make you feel that you are in debt of that person. You may feel that you will repay that debt someday by helping that person in return. This is also a kind of debt (though not debt in monetary terms but in terms of deed).
