Was only a matter of time for something like this to have occurred, in my opinion. We had been doing pretty well for quiet sometime surprisingly, people around us just couldn't swallow the pill that said "We shall continue to do well". And this includes the Australian cricket team's visit after 24 some years
All said and done, I believe it could've been a lot more worse than it has been

That was very sad. May Allah bless the departed souls, and make it easy on those who are injured. Some journalists whom I follow have pointed out the following things:
1- New Afghan government was able to successfully stop similar attacks on Fridays at Shia mosques within few weeks. Many Daesh people were killed, captured and pushed out of Afghanistan by the operations carried out by the new Afghan government.
2- Pakistani government has until next Friday to prove that it has disrupted the network that was behind this tragedy. Else those people will target another Shia mosque on coming Friday.
3- Pakistani government has changed the focus of almost all security agencies to target opposition and journalists. As a result the gains that were made over a long period of time, are slipping. Need of the hour is to re-focus the security agencies to their constitutional roles.
No one fanned hatred against shias or Qadianies on this forum lol. You need to quote the posters right here, right now. Failure to do so will result in a severe punishment, and you will be required to pose as a murga in front of everyone right here.
The video you posted here has nothing to do with violence against shias. It was a peaceful protest organized to show reservations over the alleged hate speech about Sahabas. Though i don’t support protests, but since when do peaceful protests fall into the category of violence or extremism?
