What the current proposed sanctions are going to do is to guarantee the war … not the riddance of clerics. Sanctions and threats actually help the clerics tighten their grip on power.
However I do hope the clerics go away. It is because of their unreasonable and unnecessary support of Palestinians that Iranian population is suffering at the hands of American Zionists.

Iran’s recent show of aggression is also to prove the point that such sanctions will result in war. This would be ironic because Americans pursued sanctions only because they wanted to avoid war. Now if sanctions guarantee the war then Americans will be falling in their own trap. American and European economies are in regression. They can not afford to start a very costly war.
So it seems to me that Americans will back down. And if they don’t then they better prepare the world for war at the worst time.
