I don't look to saudi arabia or the US as role model they are the worst examples to look at. The death penalty is in the islamic shariah and can only be implemented by an islamic state. If in doubt throw it out the death penalty is only implemented when the it is 100% certain the person is guilty of the crime that has death penalty as the judgement.

Worst example: US...maybe but not SA. SA has implemented full shari'a law. I would say that among muslim states: Pakistan has the worst laws (or atleast respect of Law).
