Not only that it's highly disingenuous...Bhutto in short was the greatest menace to have befallen in all of South Asia...He was a schizo and an insidious coward...He sucked up to Ayub and referred to him as "Daddy" when Ayub was at the height of his power, but quickly stabbed him inthe back when Ayub's popularity waned, something Bhutto contributed towards immensly by cooking up an ill-advised and utterly failed operation gibralter...he manipulated Yahya by wining and dining him during his Larkana shikaar retreats and had him totally averse to Mujeeb...he usurped Mujeeb's legitimate claim to primiership and threatened to break the legs of MNA's who went to Dhaka to attend a gathering called by Mujeeb...He tore up the Poland resolution, which called for cease fire on the Eastern front in his typical fradulent showmanship, thus sealing the fate of East Pakistan once and for all, he destroyed Pakistan's industrial base and economy by nationalizing private corporations and industries...a profound damage from which Paksitan still hasn't recovered and has allowed our arch-rival India to catch up and leave us behind in the economics race...he introduced nepotism in all nationalized institutions and the rewarding of jialays by enmasse recruitments in entities such as PIA, PNSC, KESE, WAPDA and such...he introduced strong-armed totallitarian tactics never seen in this part of the world by being inspired by his fellow secular-despots and meglomaniacs of the arab-world and his personal affinity/obsessions of Nazis...
Zia's hanging of Bhutto alone is an act that would wash Zia's all other supposed sins and send him straight to heaven...
