No water… didnt you read my lips were feeling/looking like paapaRRs this morning cz I could not take sehri? I just took a sip of water in sehri which wasnt good to go for the whole day.

So, make sure to take enough water in sehri before starting your fast or your lips will also look/feel like paapaRRs during the day

I would be more than happy to fast with you, however on days where I am working in swealtering heat, I reserve the right to Gatorade. I am unable to delay my work, nor am I able to reschedule it to the evening. I realize this is a wimpy half measure, but I should not become too dehydrated.

With that said,

Where is the feast?
There are some damn hot Muslim lands. How do workers who must work outside, during the day cope with the heat if they cannot drink? The Mexicans take siestas, and avoid the noon day heat. My pale Gori body would fry in about an hour if I were directing traffic in Rhiyad in the sun. If I were working indoors, it would be no problem, but it is decidedly unhealthy to parbroil with no water.
